Colgin Cellars continues to donate auction lots to important charities focusing on healthcare, community services and the arts. To date, the winery's contributions have raised more than $875,000 for worthy causes. Here are the most recent results!

At the 2002 Napa Valley Wine Auction held at the Meadowood Resort in St. Helena, California on Saturday, June 8th a double magnum of 1996 Colgin "Herb Lamb Vineyard" Cabernet Sauvignon presented with a one of a kind crystal decanter, designed and hand-made for Colgin Cellars by William Yeoward Crystal of England brought an outstanding $115,000. This was the fifth top lot of the auction and the highest price paid for a single bottle of wine.
A vertical of Colgin "Herb Lamb Vineyard" Cabernet Sauvignon 1992-1997 presented in a handcrafted cherry box sold for $9500 to benefit Cystic Fibrosis in Los Angeles at the Winemasters event on May 18, 2002.
At the High Museum Wine Auction in Atlanta, Georgia on April 6, 2002 a magnum of 1995 and a magnum of 1997 Colgin "Herb Lamb Vineyard" Cabernet Sauvignon together with two decanters and eight wine glasses specially designed by William Yeoward Crystal of England raised $22,000.
