Adam Muto was raised and attended college in New Jersey. He first became interested in wine while studying Art History in Italy. After graduating from Rutgers University he pursued his interest in wine by working for Winebow, an importer with a diverse portfolio. His desire to better understand the art and science of winemaking brought him to Napa Valley. He spent one harvest with the winemaking team at Inglenook, later working with their Hospitality Team as a Wine Educator. In 2013 Adam joined Colgin Cellars. When not working, Adam can be found attempting new recipes in the kitchen with his wife Christy or entertaining their cats Brix and Veraison.
