The Colgin Winery

The Colgin winery, completed in 2002, is located at the northern end of IX Estate in the Pritchard Hill area of St. Helena, California. The state-of-the-art winery provides an inspiring view of Lake Hennessey.

A collaboration between Tom Faherty, architect from Valley Architects of St. Helena, Hendrix Allardyce Interior Design of Los Angeles, Mark Aubert and the owners, the winery features classical design coupled with contemporary technology. The design emphasizes gentle handling of the fruit from the extensive sorting system to the gravity fed movement into the fermentation tanks.

The winery is not open to the public but we wanted to share with you these images of the facility.
