Situated in the western hills overlooking St. Helena, Cariad is defined by these undulating slopes, rich in gravelly soil. With bountiful sunshine and a cool climate, the Cariad vineyard produces a striking, classic Cabernet Sauvignon-based blend from vines planted in the early 1980s.
